Hefei, China – EAGOAL New Energy Group Co., Ltd. ("EAGOAL Group") and ZHENYUN officially held the kick-off meeting for EAGOAL Group's Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) project. Senior executives, department heads, and project team members from both companies attended the meeting.

As a leader in the new energy industry, EAGOAL Group has achieved rapid business growth in recent years, accompanied by a significant expansion in procurement categories and the number of partner suppliers. The existing procurement management model—relying on manual operations and offline collaboration—could no longer keep pace with the company's scaled development. To enable end-to-end digital procurement collaboration, establish a full lifecycle supplier management system, and achieve comprehensive cost reduction and efficiency gains, EAGOAL Group has chosen to partner with ZHENYUN to launch the construction of a brand-new SRM supplier management platform.

Building an Integrated, Intelligent Supply Chain System

Combining EAGOAL Group's overall IT roadmap with its actual business needs, ZHENYUN will leverage its mature cloud-based SRM platform to build a digital procurement management system covering both production and non-production categories, centered on four core scenarios: supplier management, sourcing and pricing, fulfillment collaboration, and financial collaboration.

  1. Supplier Management: A full lifecycle management system covering registration and invitation, qualification review, certification control, performance evaluation, and tier-based promotion or elimination—strengthening supply chain compliance and delivery stability.
  2. Sourcing & Pricing: A standardized inquiry and comparison process supporting online quotations from multiple suppliers, intelligent price comparison analysis, and multi-round price negotiations to enhance procurement cost control.
  3. Procurement Collaboration: A fully connected business chain spanning ordering, delivery, receipt, reconciliation, invoicing, and payment—breaking down information barriers between buyers and suppliers and significantly improving collaboration efficiency.
  4. Financial Collaboration: Support for expense management, reconciliation, invoicing, and payment collaboration, enabling seamless settlement data flow and improving financial accounting efficiency.

Executive Remarks

At the meeting, Xu Shunuo, Solution Consultant at ZHENYUN, presented a comprehensive overview of the project's background, overall planning, and implementation approach. The project will focus on supplier management, end-to-end procurement collaboration, quality closed-loop control, automated financial reconciliation, and system integration—helping EAGOAL Group build an integrated intelligent supply chain management system covering all product categories, and laying a solid digital foundation for the company's high-quality development.

Wang Pei, Chairman of ZHENYUN, expressed sincere gratitude to EAGOAL Group for its trust and confidence. "The success of this project depends on two key factors: the high level of commitment from all parties, and a clear, shared understanding of the project's goals across the entire organization," he noted. He emphasized that the project team must fully commit to the effort, drawing on ZHENYUN's proven practices accumulated from serving over 1,000 enterprise clients—while adapting them deeply to EAGOAL Group's unique business characteristics and procurement management model, rather than applying templates mechanically. The team must also uphold the business bottom line of on-time material delivery and stable production, and overcome the challenges of a tight timeline to ensure a high-quality launch.

Liu Qing, Deputy General Manager of EAGOAL Group, stated that procurement, as the core entry point of the supply chain, directly impacts profitability and risk resilience through its efficiency, cost, compliance, and flexibility. She outlined three expectations for the project:

  1. All departments should embrace the change from a strategic perspective—avoiding the pitfall of "running old processes on a new system";
  2. The project team must strictly control quality and timelines to deliver a benchmark project that stands the test of scrutiny;
  3. The Zhenyun team should fully share industry best practices and provide in-depth enablement.

"With both sides working in concert, we are confident this SRM project will become a benchmark for the Group's digital transformation and reinforce our core supply chain competitiveness for long-term growth," she added.
